The Estimation Algorithm of a Corpus of Texts on Semantic Similarity to the Standard
The evaluator of affinity of two texts by their meaning content and structure, presented in the article, enables to heighten the quality of informational searching in the Internet, in official (corporative) nets and database programs, which contain full-text information. The evaluator actualize a searching function of affinitive texts by their reference to the text fragments, the most relevant user's needs. An original approach of searching results correlation is given to evaluate the productivity of that evaluator.

Network with Gabor's Transformation Function for Neurons and Classification Method for Objects Distant Observation
The network with neuron transfer function (NTF) based on Gabor's time-frequency transformation is considered. Network implements the feature extraction followed by classification for multi-dimension vector of object parameters. Specifics of NTF, using time-shift, frequency modulation and scaling for Gauss function, and selected structure of neural network make it capable to recognize the controlled remote objects.

The Aggregated Model of Development of the Market
The paper presents new methodology of construction and modeling of the aggregated markets. The mathematical model of the aggregated market is submitted as a vector problem of mathematical programming. In the aggregated model are realized, first, the balance of a cumulative demand and supply, second, purposefulness of each market participant (a manufacturer and a consumer) is saved.
