Parametrical Identification of Large-Scale Model of Evolution of the Sea Ice Cover Large-Scale Model of Evolution of the Sea Ice Cover
Formalization of the equations of model for which construction the kinetic equations of gas dynamics and spatial limitation of the sea environment containing ice were used is resulted. For this model the problem of paramedical identification and ways of its decision is considered. By the example of selective distributions of thickness on the areas of ice in areas of water area of sea of Japan the estimation of adequacy of model is executed.

An Approach to the Optimum Placement of CDN Servers in Global Networks Nodes
In the article for the purpose of the minimization of delivery cost of Web-contents to end users, the model of the optimum placement of CDN servers in global networks nodes which realizes in two stages is offered. At the first stage by definition of importance degree of Web-contents is produced clustering of nodes, and in the second stage is described the algorithm determination of optimum placement points of CDN servers. Clustering of nodes and selection of optimum placement points of CDN servers are reduced to combinatory optimization problems, which are solved by means of genetic algorithms.

An information Model of the Computer-Aided Management System (CAMS) for Lease Companies. Part II. The Important Auxiliary Entities of the System
This article describes an information model of the computer-aided management system (CAMS) for companies that lease and manage residential warehouse, storage and exhibition properties and spaces. The work is presented in two parts. The first one covers the basic entities of the system, this part— some of the important auxiliary entities. The results of this work can be used in developing an advanced CAMS for a space leasing company.

Use for a Method of Principal Components Analysis in Algorithms of Faults Detection in Technological Processes Flow
The procedures of abnormal situations detection in technological process flow are the first stage of diagnostic of its state. It is shown that use for this purpose multivariate statistical control methods, in particular, method of principal component analysis (PCA) is most effective. The modification of a method of "moving" òóA providing early detection of abnormal situations at continuous processes by matching values of statistics T2 and Q with thresholds is considered.

Parameter Optimization in Binary Interval Transformation Method
Program realization was designed and optimal parameters were found in binary interval transformation method. The main advantage of this compression method is the computational simplicity of coding and decoding algorithms. There are no expensive operations in algorithms like multiplications and divisions, only addition, comparing and shifting. New universal method of data compression, which contains method of Binary Interval Transformation, method "Move To Front" and Burrows-Wheeler Transform was designed and investigated. The compression ratio of program realization of Binary Interval Transformation mediates between Huffman coding and arithmetic coding.
