Evaluating of Values: the Approach on the Basis of Soft Computing
      The following methods of fuzzy evaluating of values are described: evaluating on the basis of fuzzy logic and on the basis of subjective probabilities. The questions of adjustment of fuzzy system are discussed by selection of expressions for operations of conjunction, disjunction, implication, parameters and kind of membership functions, number fuzzy rule. The following means of optimization of evaluating systems are submitted: back-propagation algorithm and genetic algorithm.

Stochastic Algorithms for Scheduling a Single-Stage System with Unrelated Parallel Machines
      We consider a single-stage problem of scheduling jobs between unrelated parallel machines to minimize the maximum completion time (an R||Cmax problem).
      For R||Cmax problem we describe the stochastic algorithms based on the simple deterministic algorithms. In our experiments we defined how the algorithms parameters influence the quality of the solutions. Also we compared the developed algorithms with the simulated annealing method.

Two-Dimensional Bin Packing Problem: Lower Bounds and Computing Experiments with Local Searchig Algorithms of Optimum
      This paper deals with two-dimensional bin packing problem as well as its quality estimation of solution with using of a lower bound. Classes of elementary bounds are described. Special dual feasible functions of S. P. Fekete and J. Schepers and searching methods of a better lower bound with their help are also given here. Adequacy and efficiency of lower bounds are confirmed by computing experiments. The computing experiment with two local searching algorithms of optimum and the best lower bound is conducted.

      In the article the capability of the genetic algorithm application for the determination of the measuring complex topological structure is under consideration. The algorithm is supposed to be used in the arrangement of trajectory measurements in a complex topological structure spatial field. The fitness function providing a required quality of the topological structure synthesis for the trajectory measuring complex are presented. They are obtained by means of mathematical modeling method.

Synthesis and Analysis the Data Quality Criteria of the Single-Point Distance Measuring Instruments Witch Uses Geometrical Object Model
      In paper the generalized research technique of the information and measuring systems, based on objects modeling which geometrical parameters are subject to estimation is offered. On the example of a laser triangulable system for springs geometry monitoring the all investigation phases are shown: construction of object model, models of the object image with factors influencing formation of the image (noise, disturbations) imitations, synthesis and analysis of processing techniques. The research result to consists of the formulation of system data quality criteria, being based on which are developed best processing algorithms of these data.
