Computer Sinks of Knowledge. Multi-Purpose Bank of Knowledge
A conception and policy of an information resource meant for supporting the whole information-processing cycle in professional, scientific, and educational activities are developed. Based on analysis of primary tasks solved in informal ion-processing cycle, structures of information content and software content for the bank are defined, classes of users for the bank are distinguished, and basic workflow is shown.

Expedient fragmentation of Sensory Information
The experiments showed that observers reed different amount of information for recognition of a visual scene. The mini mum amount of fragments needed for recognition of the object in first experiment, varied from 4 to 18 %, and optimum amount of fragments was 32%. It was slated that the increasing of level of anxiety obstructs the recognition of visual signals. Obtained data pointed 3 strategies of identifying the incomplete scenes. Choice of strategy depends on the factors: most quick recognition, most validity of recognition and awe of mistake. It is suggested that similar strategies are realized m process of fragmentation of sensory information at the brain's entrance, when size and amount of fragments correspond noted factors.

Two Approaches 10 Self-Organizing Rule Base of the Fuzzy Inference Systems
Two approaches to self-organizing rule base of the fuzzy inference systems, accordingly methods of cutting and addition of rules surveyed. The relations for minimum and maximum number of rules are given depending on available volume experimental data and dimensionality of the problem. Specified value and defect each of approach.

Method for Modular Division of Large Length Numbers
In the article it is discussed the method for division of numbers presented in remainder system well-known from number theory. This method is especially efficient for division of large length numbers and well agreed with a parallel character of remainder system.

Automatic Detection of Defects in a User Interface
A new approach to automatic detection of defects in a user interface is proposed. The main ideas of the approach are to detect defecis in an interface model and to suggest methods of their elimination. The specially of the approach is expandable knowledge base about interface defects.

Programmed-Algoriihmic Complex of Decomposition of Discrete Devices
The majority of modern techniques for research and the analysis of complicated discrete devices are based on hierarchical principles whichde-niand providing through designing of devices and an opportunity for creation or use of effective means of the analysis focused on hierarchical designing methods
The offered method of decomposition allows carrying out The analysis and the control correctness of functioning for the complicated discrete device formalized as Petri nets with use of modeling methods, and planning of machine experiment at which the device is described with a different degree of detailed for functional blocks.

Algorithm for Solving Linear Systems over Residue Rings
In this paper, we introduce an efficient algorithm for solving linear systems over residue rings, whose complexity is equivalent to that of the Gauss method for solving linear systems over finite fields. The new method significantly reduces the complexity of algorithms for discrete logarithm computation. An overview of alternative approaches is provided along with the results of comparative analysis revealing the drawbacks of these methods as compared to the algorithm presented in this paper.

Research of a Problem of the Joining Russia to the World Trade Organization by the Analytic Network Process
The problem of a joining Russia to the World trade organization (WTO) is considered with application of the mathematical method and software developed for analytic network process, which enables to estimate advantages and lacks of the decisions for different actors in view of their mutual influence. The article describes the technique of researching the difficult decisions with mutual influence of elements on an example of the decision about the joining to WTO. This technique includes the following basic steps: a qualitative modeling of a problem; a revealing and representing of experts preferences; interpretation of the outcomes obtained. The conclusions are well coordinated with the reality and show urgent directions of practical actions and subsequent researches.

The Particularities of Implementation of the Isomorphism of the Information Flows in the Systems of Account of Output Products
The isomorphism of the information flows working in the systems of account of output products as one of the key factors influencing on successful application of the international quality standards on production is considered. The substantiation of implementation of the systems of account of output products for simple technological processes on the base of model of incomplete products account subsystem built as a supply chain is discussed.

Meihods and Models of Design of the Allocated Subsystems of' Teaching to the Automated Designing
Methods and arc offered model of designing of the distributed systems of the training, allowing to project systems of training by means of methodology SADT and with use of technology J2EE. Thus they allow to provide independence of models of training of realization of methods, to realize service of transactions for methods of training and to provide realization through functionality due to the aspect-focused models.

Knowledge Quality Monitoring on a Basis of Probabilistic Estimation Criteria
At present time the regular validation of the personnel is being practiced by various enterprises. It's made to determine the level of competency of the staff as well as their professional correspondence. At once automated methods of students' knowledge control are rapidly integrated in different educational institutions. The knowledge control is a process taken up lo determine the knowledge degree. The state of probationers, which shows their knowledge value, corresponds each level. These levels are discreted. This way the checkout may be viewed as the process of diagnosing and the states characterizing the level of the man who is checked out will be viewed as diagnosing slates.
