Cyber Criminality and Training the Specialists to Counter Against this Threats in Russia
      Problems which connect with hi-tec and in particular computer criminality counteraction have been considerate in this article. New Elliptic Curve Scalar Multiplication Algorithms for Protection Against Side-Channel Attacks
      Side-channel attacks are a recent class of attacks that have been revealed to be very powerful in practice. By measuring some side-channel information, an attacker is able to recover some secret data from a naively implemented cryptographic algorithm. We propose several new methods for protection from side-channel attacks. Our countermeasures are based on inserting random decisions throughout the execution of algorithms that are used to compute the elliptic curve (EC) scalar multiplication using a binary representation of the scalar.

      Software "MVTU" is assigned to research dynamics and to design technical systems of different destination. Simulators of under consideration systems are developing into block diagrams which elements are described by input- output properties, differential-algebraic and difference equations and logical conditions. For research and design such systems in software there are simulation technique, search optimization and statistic analysis as well as frequency and root control systems analysis and synthesis.

      NUMERIC_STD program package is studied that is intended to adjust the arithmetic data types of VHDL with the logic ones that are constructed on the base of the nine-valued alphabet of logical circuit simulation. The problem of adjustment of such data types arises in using jointly algorithmic and structure descriptions of logical circuits.

Evolutional Genetic Approach to Synthesis of Car Body Front Part
      A new approach to synthesis of car framework with passive safety requirements is proposed. An optimization objective is increasing of power-consuming for front part of the car. At the same time follow criteria are satisfied: safe load for passenger compartment, part composition. A proposed method is based on genetic algorithms. The algorithm works with finite element model of the car.

Internet-Laboratory "Radio-Telescope of Bauman Moscow Slate Technical University"
      The paper is devoted to the system of remote controls of one of the largest European radio-telescopes working in the millimetric wavelength band. A block-diagram for the remote controls through the global network and structure of the software are presented. An application of a computer-aided hardware for laboratory as well as teaching and research student works is considered. A computer-based network laboratory workshop with remote access to apparatus and remote technique of radio-engineering subject of inquiry scanning is described. Later on a list of such workshops will be appreciably extended and Russian universities will be able to carry out the network laboratory studies for a package of natural and technical sciences independently on their location.
