Information Technologies of the Analysis of System of the Normative and Legal Documentation
      The description of a method of interpretation of the normative- legal documents, establishing the order and the requirements to the object of normalization is given. The method allows to construct formal — logic model of system of requirements on the basis of the analysis of texts of the documents, stated in natural language.
      The constructed model may be used as an information retrieval system under normative requirements in considered area, for the system analysis of the documentation on consistency, completeness, confusion of concepts. Besides, the model may be used by development of variants of change of normative-legal base and an estimation of consequences (efficiency) of their introduction in the legislation.
      The method is approved during the analysis of the normative and legal documentation hi several fields: quality management in agrarian and industrial complex, state regulation of the food markets, questions of protection of the intellectual property of a biological nature etc.

The paper presented also characterizes Stanhope's eccentric political activity and gives brief account of miraculous fortunes of other famous members of his family.

Computer-Aided Information Search of Physical Effects
      There are considered various methods of information search in a physical effects database, allowing to create effective, not having analogues information systems on the physical knowledge, intended for satisfaction of a wide spectrum of information requirements of different user groups. In the context of each method there are considered types of possible queries and their indexing procedures (translation of query from a user natural language on formal language accepted in methods).
