Collision Control & Data Transmission Reliability in Sours State Modulation Covert Channels
      Error correction codes & reliability of data communications over sours state modulation covert channels for multilevel security computer systems and networks are discussed in this work. During data communications over covert channel access collisions to share source in computer system may be raised. For applying in covert channels famous correction codes may be improve at the expense of information about errorless code symbols. Proposed approach is illustrated for decoder of simplex code.

Development of a Method of Maintenance of Parallel Multiple Access of Flows of Inquiries to a Uniform Database in Conditions of Absence of Mutual Distortion of the Data
      Clause is devoted to a urgent problem of maintenance of correct parallel multiple access of flows of inquiries to a uniform database, i.e. in conditions of absence of mutual distortion of the data. The known approaches to maintenance of parallel multiple access of flows of inquiries to a uniform database, which actually realize consecutive access to segments of a database, in many cases the messages the processing, combined in time, of the acting messages do not allow. It excludes an opportunity of performance of the requirements on efficiency of data processing. The novelty of an offered method is, that to everyone "to process of processing of the entrance information" allocate a virtual image of a resource of a database and organize the centralized correct management, both virtual images, and resource of a database, on the basis of construction of a virtual database of processing of flows of the information (VFDB). In this clause is proved, that only method of maintenance of parallel multiple access of flows of inquiries to a uniform database based on parallel processing of flows of the data with use of a virtual database of processing of flows of the information, provides speed, which is necessary for the decision of tasks in a real or outstripping mode of time.

Composition Codes Transformation into Ordinary Binary Code.
      The composition codes (CC) transformation method into ordinary binary code (OBC) is considered and the structure for its realization is suggested. The method's use made possible essentially decrease (compared with direct read- only memory (ROM) device the transformation CC into OBC) the volume memory required for the construction of the code transformer (for discharging of the composition scale 5...20 it's reached ROM device volume into 4...7000 times decrease.
