New Specialities in Information System and Technologies
     Principles to develop a contemporary List of subjects and specialities of the professional higher education are considered. It is noted that there is a lack of specialities in the List of education programmes in information and telecommunication technologies. New specialities have been suggested using a study of scientific progress, development tendency in information and communication technologies, and demand for skilled specialists for the open education system, research complexes, mass media, creating high performance computing designs, information security. Discussions on arranging additional qualifications in training engineers in hardware and software systems, networks and technologies for the non-engineering areas are given.

      In the article it is shown scientific and practical significance of establishing a new educational direction "information technologies" as the self-depended direction of the state educational standards system. An analysis of existent standards is given and their limitations are shown. The main principles of building standards on IT direction are formulated.

      Various methods of the surface reconstruction on the basis of parallel cross sections are analyzed. Three problems arising at reconstruction are considered in detail: the correspondence, tiling and branching problems.

Result Analysis of Typification of the Set of Scalar Intermodule Prohibited Figures of Object Structural Synthesis
      The paper gives the classification of prohibited figures appearing during the process of object synthesis, the structure of objects may be represented as multilevel tree graph. Practicability of the introduced classification is proved. The influence of the complexity level of the object on the level of possible optimization of the process of its structural synthesis is investigated.

Multicriteria Optimization Use in the Computer Support of the Negotiations for Agreemet of Control Decision
      On an illustrative example of concordance of plans of firms reengineering a method of achievement of a consensus is considered during negotiations with the help of computer negotiation support system (NSS). The common decision is achieved in process of the concordance of multycriteria estimations and rangeing methods of all allowable variants of reengineering, automatically generated by NSS.

The Comparison of the Requirements for Characteristics Criterion of the Different Types of Software
      The types of software are distinguished. They differ by standardized characteristics criterion in the most degree. On the base of expert analysis of these characteristics the approximate means of the requirements for their quality attributes depending on types of software are suggested.
