An Optimal Refinement of Finite Set Partitions in Design of Descrete Systems
Partition problems of finite sets are often considered in design of discrete devices. In this paper the partition problem is reduced to a socalled refinement of an "intermediate" representation of the initial set as a covering assemblage. A procedure of the initial set partition is proposed and founded. Its result is optimal partitioning in a strong sence stated by Gale.

Collective Decision Making Principles use for Distribution of the Tasks Flow in Computer Networks
The general principles of collective decision making strategy use in the problem of the distribution of the tasks flow in computer network are discussed. The simplest variant of the problem's distribution when the tasks in the flow are not connected with among themselves is considered.

Error Detecting and Correcting of Computations on the Base of Modular Algebra
In the paper it is shown a possibility of creating efficient systems for error controlling computations on the base of coding theory and modular algebra. The methods and algorithms presented allow to detect and to correct single and multiple errors. The research works known in this field were mainly devoted to a correction of single errors. The considered methods and algorithms differ from above ones by less computation complexity and capability of detecting both errors and additive over flows. These methods can have applications, for example, for digital signal processing systems using modular algebra for computations.

Construction of Optimum Local Search Algorithms for Rectangular Bin-packing Based on Dual Linear Cutting Problems
2D Bin Packing Problem and its approximation by a couple of dual one-dimensional cutting problem of a peculiar structure are under consideration. A general construction method of different algorithms for 2DBPP has been worked out, the above method being based on optimum local search for dual linear cutting problems. The scheme realization is presented.

Dialogue Method of Choosing the Best Pareto-optimal Solution for Computer- Aided Multiobjective Controller Design
The dialogue method to solve multiobjective optimization problems based on choosing the best Pareto-optimal solution and it application in a package for Computer-Aided Multiobjective Controller Design are described. As an illustrative example, the dialogue method was applied to the desigh of PI-controllers. The method resulted in the best designer's controller tuning and the designer's weight vector which was successfully used furthermore for mimic the designer's choice for controller tuning.

Expert Systems Use in the Problems of the Classification of Machinery Construction Details
The questions of the classification of machinery construction details are realized in order to the optimal choice of the standard technological processes. The analysis of unique system of design documentation (USDD) classifier is given. The construction methods of automatized expert system based on USDD classifier is suggested. The questions of the practical realization and the introduction of this system are covered. The ways of further automatizes of the base of computer analysis of the details drawing are considered.

The Cost Price Estimation of Products in Correction of the Technical Requirements to Semi-manufactured Items
It is proposed the approach that allows to define the optimal variants of the technical requirements to semi-manufactured items/initial materials. The approach is based on the tolerance analysis technique and uses the TOLAN software a CAD- tool.

Discrete-Event Simulation Models in Integrated Security Systems Analysis Problems
In this paper the problems of integrated security systems development are described. The problem of optimization and effective control of information flows is identified as most important. The main methods of this problem solution is considered. The approach to design the discrete- event simulation models of such systems is offered. An example model developed in Micro Saint is presented and discussed.

Analisys of Parallel Processing Efficiency in Algorithms of Visualization with Ray Tracing
The problems of efficiency of organization of parallel calculations in algorithms of visualization with ray tracing are considered. The outcomes of experimental researches and comparative analysis of some methods of load balancing of processors are presented. The computing experiments were spent on two multiprocessor computing systems for the algorithm of visualization with ray tracing and voxel performance of objects, earlier developed by the writers.
